I visited Mai before the actual stay and was very pleased with the way she relates to dogs. She was friendly and gentle with our dog who tends to get somber when my husband and I leave him. To ease our anxiety, Mai sent several pictures of him during his stay. Loved that! This first time with Mai was only for a brief, 24-hour stay and I'm sure we will use her again.”

“We did boarding with Madi recently for the first time. Madi was very generous and accomodating for my dog, Dougal. Madi sent pics and updates and it was obvious that Dougal relaxed like he was at home. For Dougal that means relaxing on top of the couch cushions. I am very happy with Madi and her family taking such good care of Dougal! We are looking forward to boarding him with Madi again!”
