When I dropped her off outside their home, she immediately ran up to them tail wagging, excited to be seeing them again. She was also excited to have a dog pal in Rocky. When she is there, I can tell she is treated like family from the photos. Fantastic communication throughout and Stella came home happy. They also did a great job with her medicine. “Loki was very well taken care of during his one week stay with Jacquelyn! She provided daily updates and let us know of any changes in Loki’s eating habits/daily activities. We enjoyed receiving a multitude of pictures and videos of Loki experiencing new things (especially the rooster stare down 😆). We provided very specific feeding instructions as Loki has a very sensitive stomach. They were followed down to every detail and we got our pup back in the condition we left him a week ago which was great! Loki seemed like he didn’t not want to leave, which is how we knew that he loved his time with Jacquelyn and her other pups! We are looking forward to having Loki stay with her and her crew again. Her beautiful home was a warm and welcoming canvas for our 3-year-old lap dog, who suffers from anxiety due to his attachment to us. Our pup also struggles with a lack of socialization with other dogs, but Debbie was patient and attentive to his needs. She ensured a slow interaction between her dog and ours. We loved receiving pictures, and videos of him being happy and getting along with her dog. Her messages and responses to our questions cited concerns and provided additional positive information to comfort us. While it was difficult to vacation without our pup, we were happy that we had found the right place for him. Debbie offered a REMARKABLE boarding service, and we will highly recommend her.”
