“Hal loved spending his weekend with Amanda and I think he's sad to be back home! He had a blast with their dogs Lemon and Micah. Amanda sent me daily updates with pics of Hal and what their activities were for the day. They treated him like one of their own dogs and it was easy to tell how much Hal loved them! We'll definitely be back for any other boarding needs for Hal. Thank you!”

“Shyam did a great job keeping me updated and sending pics of Zelda during her stay. She really enjoyed her outside time and playing with Shyam's dog. Shyam took extra care to fix her special meals so she would eat and even bathed her and had her clean and fresh when I went to pick her up. The excellent care was worth the 45 minute drive to Pickerington.”

“Dora had an amazing time with Dajon, his kids and his dogs. They all kept Dora happy, busy, running . It appears to me that he also trained Dora on how to behave with strangers and other dogs. Dora has stopped jumping and barking on seeing strangers. I would highly recommend Dajon for the boarding as Dora was with Dajon for a WEEK. You are amazing brother. I hope next time also you have time to sit her. A BIG THANK YOU”

“From our first correspondence with Darren, he seemed peaceful, caring and compassionate, and we felt he could be the right caregiver for our dog. We were nervous about boarding Winston, as it would be our first time leaving him with a sitter, and it would be for two weeks while we were abroad. Moreover, we had adopted Winston only a few months earlier and he is in some ways a special-needs pup. Our concerns did not phase Darren, who addressed them immediately and empathetically. Our first meet-and-greet reassured us further. During Winston’s stay, Darren updated us regularly via Rover app and text. He sent us photos, too, showing a seemingly content and settled in Winston. Clearly, Darren and his sons provided Winston with a perfect homestay, loving attention, snuggles, walks, playtime, and more. Additionally, the home was as advertised: warm, clean, smoke-free, with a fenced yard. We couldn’t have asked for a better situation and hope to hire Darren again in the future, if he is willing! Lastly, this was our first time using Rover: minus some learning-curve hiccups on our end, it was an easy and efficient service. The app and texting worked smoothly, even from abroad, where cell data or local wifi were sometimes subpar. So, yay for Rover and yay for Darren!!”
