Because of her background in veterinary, she was able to diagnose my dog was liking himself and after talking to me she gave him the proper medication and put a collar on him. When I went to pick him up he was very happy and healthy… which makes me really happy. I also like the fact that Zeca was the only dog with her because he is not very friendly with other dogs around. “We went on a long out state vacation for our daughter’s wedding. We were very nervous on what to do with our puppy babies. We had never left them for more than 5 days and that was with a family friend and they were not available for our 13 day vacation. We had met Ursula approximately 6 weeks before our trip and everything seemed like a great fit. Well it went way better than our expectations. Ursula was so caring for our pups and would send us pictures and videos everyday of how they were doing. Many days it was multiple times a day. Our pups did great and we overjoyed with how our pups did. We will definitely be taking them back for a stay with Ursula.”
