Unfortunately, due to weather and flight delays, we had to extend our trip a bit on both ends, and Sue was extremely helpful and willing to take our pet for the extra time. We also got daily photo updates, so we knew he was settling in well and well taken care of. She was even willing to do a meet and greet prior to the start of our trip. We would definitely recommend her to others, thank you Sue!”

“Maypud is excellent! Our trip was very difficult, and we had unexpected delays with changes in pick up time to be very late at night and even changes to our location for her to drop off. Throughout the all of these challenges and changes, Maypud was lovely, communicated frequently, gave great care to our dog, so courteous and flexible. Honestly she was the best part of our difficult trip. I would 100% recommend her and use her again next time we are in Syracuse.”

“Jenna and her husband were great. They worked around my crazy schedule to get my pup out there, and we're more than accommodating when I asked to pick him up early because I missed him! The house was a nice space and well kept, and the yard was a super nice large space for the boys to rhomp. They were both really friendly and great with my pup, making my feel as ease to leave him with them. And their pup and mine got along really well, so that was a bonus that he had a buddy for the week! It was also really nice that I got pictures all week of the boys playing and chilling together. All around excellent experience, I can't say enough good things to say how pleased I was with everything. I would certainly look Jenna up again to sit for my pup! Thank you!!”

“Absolutely 5 stars. When we did a meet and greet, it was obvious my baby Aries had some manners to learn. Ria was patient, kind and confident in being able to care for my Aries, and the pictures they shared throughout had my jaw on the floor! My girlie who barks at everything was out walking. Amazing talent and heart. Would recommend, and 100% will be without hesitation returning to Ria when we need boarding for our girl.”
