The dedicated cat room, abundant with toys and bathed in sunlight, was beyond what I had hoped for. The provision of a litter box made the stay that much more convenient. Deycke's constant updates showcased her genuine care and affection for Shadow, and her responsiveness and warm demeanor truly set her apart. She kept me frequently updated, ensuring I was always informed about Dash's well-being. Her accommodating nature was particularly reassuring; when I was unsure about what to pack for Dash's stay, Stephanie only needed to know his preferred food type and took care of everything else. This experience was especially comforting since it was my first-time leaving Dash with someone else.”
