From daily check-ins, pictures/videos, and updates of how Sage was doing throughout the day made me feel like I was there with them! Not only was Lisa a fantastic communicator, but a loving and caring babysitter as well. Sage felt right at home! Highly recommend Lisa as she is knowledgable with dogs and an attentive person!”

She kept me frequently updated, ensuring I was always informed about Dash's well-being. Her accommodating nature was particularly reassuring; when I was unsure about what to pack for Dash's stay, Stephanie only needed to know his preferred food type and took care of everything else. This experience was especially comforting since it was my first-time leaving Dash with someone else.”

“Lauren was wonderful! From the beginning, she was communicative and responsive. I was nervous leaving my dog with a Rover sitter for the first time, and she was super understanding of my concerns and of my dog's needs. My little Peanut stayed with her for six days over the holidays, and Lauren sent me lots of updates to help me feel secure with being away. Peanut can be shy and nervous with new people, but Lauren helped make her feel comfy so fast, which meant a lot to me. Will definitely be booking with her again if possible!”

“I'm delighted to give this review. From my initial conversation with Sid she was warm and friendly and put me at ease with her knowledge and passion for dogs. I left my 3 year old Melody for an overnight stay. This was her first time away from home so I was nervous about how she would react. Sid responded very quickly to my questions about how Melody was doing. It was heartwarming to receive photos and a video of Melody being very much her fun loving self. Melody was a Christmas gift for my daughter who was very hesitant about leaving her. The photos helped in giving us peace of mind and kept everyone in high spirits. Sid was extremely patient and accommodating and made everything so much easier. Sid took such good care of Melody She showed off her grooming skills, as she trimmed Melody's hair around her eyes and nails.(Yes, she did ask if it was ok first) I'm so grateful to have found Sid and I look forward to using her services again.”

“Lorena took such great care of Marlowe. I put in the request on Rover and she got back to me very quickly and met with me on video. She asked amazing questions that i wouldn’t have thought of. She took my dog to the park and sent me a lot of videos and photos of their fun over the week. I felt very safe with Marlowe in her care and was very impressed with how much thought Lorena put into the week. I left a toy at her house and she went out of her way to make sure it was returned. Definitely a good choice to leave your pup with.”

“Raven and Jesse were absolutely amazing. This was the first time we have left our pup with a sitter and we were very anxious, but Raven and Jesse were incredibly accommodating and communicative. We received multiple detailed updates throughout our trip which we were so thankful for. I truly can’t express our gratitude enough. We are also thankful to Fennel for sharing all of her toys. They additionally kept our pup on her walking and feeding schedule which was very much appreciated. Lastly, they were very flexible and accommodating with our very late pickup. Overall, our pup had a great time with Jesse, Raven, Fennel, and the rest of the family and we were at ease for our whole trip. Thank you so much!!!”

He is super sweet and we could tell Steve was comfortable and happy. Steve had plenty of room at his place and friends to play with. “Jenelle took excellent care of my senior, special needs dog. Possibly better care than I take myself! As my dog Jodie has aged, it has become increasingly difficult and stressful to find a sitter I can trust when I travel, to a point where I just don't travel much anymore. Jenelle and Steven eliminated that stress for me. They took such loving care of Jodie and were so great at navigating all her things (medications, incontinence + diapers, anxiety, deafness). Not only that, they were already so well versed in caring for old dogs that I didn't have to give them the full Jodie training that I usually have to give to sitters. They just got it. Throughout my trip I got regular, sweet updates and occasional questions/concerns, all reasonable. Communication was clear and timely. The yard and house seemed safe and comfortable for dogs. I'd asked that Jodie not be left alone much, and it seems like someone was always with her (which is not easy over two weeks!). I've had other sitters claim to keep her company but then leave her for a long time or worse, crate her excessively- even when home. Jenelle and Steven really cared about her wellbeing and seemed to be in this for the genuine love of dogs. Highly recommend, especially if you have a special needs dog. Definitely will book again and again. Such a huge relief to have found them.”
