“Juliana made me feel so at ease leaving Tilly with her while we went on vacation. Typically Tilly is with us 24/7 and she is not used to being away from us. She did really well at Julianas and she sent me daily updates, which I greatly appreciated. I’m happy to know I have someone that Tilly felt safe and comfortable.”

Going away on vacation was always put on the back burner because leaving our dog with someone was something stressful to think about. I'm so glad we found Ashley and Gibson! I think Pixel had a better vacation than we did! She had a great time meeting new doggy friends, playing with toys that Ashley and Gibson provided, and soaking in the sun on their big deck. It didn't take much time for Pixel to ease right into their "pack". Getting photo and video updates really put our mind at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. You can tell that Ashley and Gibson are really great with dogs, and overall just very nice, genuine people. Our only fear was that Pixel wouldn't want to come home with us when we got back! Don't hesitate about leaving your dog with Ashley and Gibson, your pet will be in very good hands!!!”

They sent me plenty of updates and even when they noticed a slight issue with Charlie they sent me a detailed explanation and I explained it was to be alarmed about, but they still continued to send updates as he got better. “So many great things to say about Gerardo and his wife Martha. They took my pup in last minute after a very uncomfortable situation I had with another sitter. The situation was uncomfortable and nerve wracking for us all but Gerardo and Martha went over the top for the safety and comfort of my pup and for my sanity. They went te extra mile to pick her up. They sent me frequent updates with videos and picturesof how she was doing. They took her out on long walks. Honestly I can't thank them enough and I really appreciate all they've done. I have no words to describe the gratitude I have in my heart for their help. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your pet, Gerardo and Martha are the ones to hire! “Nicole was so great with my timid pup. She’s the first sitter I’ve ever used for my 4 year old girl and I was so apprehensive, but Nicole was patient and adaptive and caring with my pup. She let her warm up at her own pace and before you know it I was receiving pictures of them cuddling together. She provides as many updates as you’d like and her little one, Chewy, is really a reflection of her. Her pup is so sweet and respectful and got along great with mine.”

“Veronica is truly amazing! We adopted a rescue puppy after both of our beloved dogs, Chester and Jack, passed away this year. To say that we are overprotective of our new pup, Pablo, would be a huge understatement. Veronica exceeded our expectations in every way! She is kind, caring, and constantly stayed in communication with us via texts, photos, and videos. Pablo came home relaxed and happy. It was easy to see how comfortable his vacation with Veronica was for the 6+ days that he stayed with her, and it allowed us to see family out West without feeling horrible about leaving our pup. Veronica receives our highest recommendation! Her responsiveness was unparalleled (even with a three hour delayed flight coming back into NYC on NYE). Knowing that Pablo was under such extraordinary care made being away from him much easier. This experience was exceptional and we cannot thank Veronica enough for all that she did to take care of Pablo (who is on his way to being only five months old!).
