We did a meet n greet before booking and Juliana was so calm and patient with my baby. Tiny quickly became comfortable with her . I also loved how Juliana kept me updated with pictures , videos and communicated throughout tiny stay. I would absolutely book again”

“Pamela is amazing! Dave’s a cranky old man and I’ve never left him before but she understood him and knew how to handle him and how to put me at ease. She sent pictures every day and he looked so calm and happy I couldn’t believe it! He was so calm when I got him home too, not his usual anxious self, and not exhausted like he was stressed the whole weekend. I highly recommend Pamela and know Dave looks forward to his next weekend at her place!”

They sent me plenty of updates and even when they noticed a slight issue with Charlie they sent me a detailed explanation and I explained it was to be alarmed about, but they still continued to send updates as he got better.
