“We feel so lucky to have met Dey. She is a genuine cat person who took care of our cat Andy for an extended period of time. From day one, he was safe and loved - Dey took him in to her home as if he was one of her cats and looked after him so well. Communication was excellent with beautiful photos and videos, and when we had to extend our vacation unexpectedly Dey went above and beyond to help us. She has a lovely cat space with toys and places for the cats to play and relax. Andy was sad to leave! Dey has a natural affinity with cats and has created a really perfect environment for her cat guests. Thanks so much to Dey, she is one of a kind!”

“Kayla is an honest and caring dog walker. I have an 2 year old hyper Italian-Greyhound dog. She does not sit still. Kayla managed to keep her calm during her walks and even when she got home. She even refilled the water bowl when it was empty! She cares a lot about my Sandie and it shows through her hard work ethic and her selflessness towards not only my dog, but the other dogs she walks. 10/10 would recommend you to chose her to walk your dog.”

“Holly was such a wonderful dog sitter for Cindy the dog. My dog is such a scard dog. She has major anxiety and Holly was able to calm her down. At first Cindy was hiding under the bed but within no time Holly made her feel comfortable. The backyard is super helpful because it allowed my dog to use the bathroom. It also was good for play time. I'd use this service again when I go on vacation again.”

“Lauren was wonderful! From the beginning, she was communicative and responsive. I was nervous leaving my dog with a Rover sitter for the first time, and she was super understanding of my concerns and of my dog's needs. My little Peanut stayed with her for six days over the holidays, and Lauren sent me lots of updates to help me feel secure with being away. Peanut can be shy and nervous with new people, but Lauren helped make her feel comfy so fast, which meant a lot to me. Will definitely be booking with her again if possible!”

This was our first experience on Rover and we are pleasantly surprised by how effortless and simple the whole process was thanks to our amazing host! “Blanca is an amazing dog sitter! I am so grateful to have found her and her family. My puppy had a really bad experience at a boarding site where he came home with a deep cut on his nose. Since then, I have been worried about sending him back to boarding and prefer a home base experience for him. Blanca and her daughter were able to accommodate my puppy’s feeding and walking schedule and they provide updates via photos! Whenever I am away, my puppy is left in their care and as long as they will have him, I will send him when in need!”

“Wow where do I begin? Tuesday is absolutely amazing! My dog is a rescue, and is very shy, timid, and doesn’t like leaving his mommy. I told Tuesday that he’s a sweet boy but will likely be shy at first. Tuesday was able to get my dog so comfortable! He got out of his shell and snuggled up with her, and loved his new temporary human! I’m in awe of Tuesdays patience, kindness, and love for dogs! Not to mention, she was SUPER flexible when a huge snowstorm delayed our return by a day; we were able to extend our reservation AND she even offered to pick up some more food for Dex if he needed to stay longer (tip: when traveling during an NYC winter, err on the safe side and send your dog with extra food lol!).
