Also, throughout Kikko's entire stay, they kept us updated with photos and were extremely responsive. Billy was personable, understanding, and reassured me Charlie, my old, anxious, and maybe even senile boy, was going to be well cared for while I was away. I received daily updates and Charlie received daily walks, plenty of treats, and cuddles on his own terms. By the time I made it back to pick Charlie up, you'd almost think that was his permanent residence. Billy and Louie are on my list of keepers for my very loving but increasingly challenging pup.”

“Because of Susan, a wonderful human being, a loving dog sitter - we were able to enjoy our long trip. I never imagined leaving my baby with a sitter because he is a picky eater and a spoiled dog. This was his first time in 6 years without us. But I was not worried because Pluto was in good hands. All the pictures, videos and updates Susan sent - gave me satisfaction and I was relaxed knowing that my baby was enjoying as well. Her dog, Franky is also very nice.
