Communication from pre-booking and during the stay was excellent, they provided frequent photo updates and made sure we knew how our dog was getting along. Our dog is sometimes anxious around new surroundings but he settled right in and appears to have had a great time making friends with Samantha and Peter's dogs.”

“Debbie was awesome and super accommodating and our puppy, Hugo, loved her! My boyfriend and I were going to Paris for vacation and it was our first time leaving our new puppy with someone else. Time was running out trying to find a dog sitter for him but luckily I found Debbie on DogVacay and I messaged her a week before we left. She immediately replied to my message and we set up a meet-and-greet that afternoon. At first I was a bit nervous because Hugo (although a very sweet and cuddly boy) could sometimes be territorial and has a tendency to bark at new people and dogs. But when we arrived at Debbie's, Hugo felt right at home. He started sniffing around and exploring her awesome backyard. I immediately felt very comfortable leaving Hugo with Debbie, knowing that he has free reign to roam around and that Debbie was always around to watch the dogs, as well as being an experienced dog trainer. Hugo was able to become more social and friendly with other dogs, especially Debbie's dogs, Marley and Skyler :) Debbie was great keeping us updated while my boyfriend and I were abroad. I was able to text her and ask her on how Hugo is doing and she was great at replying back; she even sent us pictures! Overall, I think that Debbie is a wonderful dog sitter and you can tell that she is passionate about dogs and loves what she does. As a first-time dog-sitter user, I was super comfortable leaving my puppy with her and I will definitely ask her to watch Hugo the next time we go on vacation.”

They picked her up on time and dropped her off seamlessly, and gave me many updates throughout the weekend (including some really cute photos that we will keep forever). It seems like he has a great outdoor space for dogs to explore and is able to dedicate undivided attention through playtime, multiple walks, and pets. She seemed to really love him and her time there. The price point is amazing for the service provided and the communication was top notch. I’m actually rebooking Mark for another upcoming stay soon!”
