“Pamela was amazing. She watched apollo for us and provided updates. She sent lots of photos and wanted to know everything beforehand. Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best! “Drew was fantastic! Our dog Patton doesn’t do well in traditional boarding/kennels so we turned to Rover and so glad we did! This was the first time using this service so we didn’t know what to expect but Drew was great with communication, keeping us in the loop with how Patton was doing along with photos and they became fast friends. “Our Cavapoo Mowgli stayed with Sandra's family for two weeks in February 2022. Their two Yorkies (Canela and Grizzly) are so cute and glad that Mowgli had good play time with them. “Charlotte is wonderful! Teddy was very happy and comfortable. He was with her for 5 days. Teddy has seizures and Charlotte has experience with dealing with that which gave me peace leaving him with her. She sent plenty of pictures and went for walks and played. I will definitely be calling Charlotte again!”

Leah was very accommodating and understanding when it came to giving Dakota his meds. (Apparently he doesn’t eat blueberries, ?)
