“This was our first time boarding our dogs, Sarge and S'mores, with Mai, and it was positive before, during, and after! We arranged a meet and greet at Mai's house, and she was so sweet and friendly, plus her children were very excited to meet the dogs, too! Throughout their stay she was responsive and sent us plenty of updates to know the boys were safe, happy, and doing well. Once we brought them home she contacted me to check in and make sure they were settling in okay. Thank you, Mai! We would love to use your services again in the future. :)”

She was delightful & easy-going, knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. Juneau took to her right away and I know she had a comfortable and fun stay!”

Michelle and I bonded over our love for all things canine, and I am so happy to have found someone who really cares and loves animals as much as I do. She spends her free time volunteering and fostering for our local shelter, always loving the dogs who need it the most. She is responsible and smart, and always knows the best way to calm or protect a dog in any situation. Taking care of dogs isn't a chore or a task for Michelle, it is a joy and a way of life. She's the best human a dog could ask for.”

“The house is clean and my pups were well taken care of. I was sent videos and pictures everyday. My AmStaff mix did find a rawhide bone in the yard and it made her sick. I did have to take her to the vet the next day because she was on her 3rd day of not eating or drinking. The result was no obstruction and hopefully the Rover guarantee will cover the cost of the vet's emergency care after the co-pay of $250. This is not the outcome I expected, but I believe both my pets were well cared for and this was an isolated incident.”

“jennifer was very responsive and welcoming from our initial contact. like other reviewers, this was my first time leaving my dog with anyone outside of family and i was scared to do so. however, after meeting jennifer and her son ethan, i felt a sense of relief and i thought they were the perfect team to care for my dog. their home appeared cared for and jennifer made sure i documented my dog’s care plan so she can follow it. she updated me daily and gave us a thoughtful farewell. to sum this up, i would not hesitate to contact jennifer again or recommend her services!”

“Kristen provided loving care for my 15 yr old Beagle, while also following instructions with his food plan and meds. Additionally, she provided lots of stimulating activities for this little sniffer, including her own little chihuahua, Cashew, and other little boarding doggies. (My little guy gets more stimulation in her apartment than he gets from me!) While Kristen is a great boarder, for my occasional trips away, I am now considering her as a day care provider too. And she is very accommodating and understanding of trip delays, as well. Will be sure to book with Kristen again soon. (Her own little baby boy loves dogs too).”

“This was my first time getting a cat sitter through Rover and it was an experience that I would highly recommend. I was so happy that I chose Anwar to care for my older cat for 10 days. My cat requires daily meds and some extra care and Anwar tended to all of his needs in professional and caring manner. I will definitely book with Anwar in the future.”
