“Heather was amazing! I was very nervous at first with leaving my dog over night with anyone but she made Asher feel at home and that was very comforting. She kept me updated through the day with pictures and videos and was very responsive with all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Heather for the future. One more thing, Asher gained a friend (Luna)!! This was a plus!!!”

“Zachary and his family were amazing! They gave our pup so much love, pets, walks, attention and treated her like their own family. His family are all very experienced with different types of pets and knew how to interact with Mana on the first day. I received numerous updates throughout each day with wonderful photos and videos. He was very responsive and overall had an A+ experience including drop off and pick up. Will definitely have Zachary booked for the next time around!”

“Caroline watched our girl Luci for us for three nights and Luci had the best time! Caroline was very responsive and kept us updated with pictures throughout the stay. Caroline also had dogs with her for daycare during the days and Luci made so many new friends and came home tired and happy. We will definitely send Luci back to Caroline soon!”

“I can always tell when my dog has been well cared for. She comes home happy and relaxed. Evan took excellent care of my dog, making sure she ate her food and took her medications, which can be tricky at times. In addition, I have a senior dog and she has to go for frequent walks. Evan took excellent care to make sure she was walked frequently! I would definitely re-book my dog with Evan for another extended stay. He was an excellent communicator with daily updates, photos and videos, which were much appreciated. He put my mind at ease while I was and ensuring my dog was well-cared for.”

“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“The minute I met Anna, I knew we made the right choice. She is very welcoming and you can tell she has a love for dogs. They were very patient with our Rusty, who was staying over a non family members house for the first time. We were worried he would be nervous and missing us to much but they made him feel very comfortable and you can tell Rusty loved them too. In fact as we were leaving we told Rusty to go give Anna a kiss and he did just that! I will no doubt be using their services again and again”

“My baby was so comfortable with Nitasha and Mowgli. I am so glad that by baby has found a second home, now I can plan for longer trips without any worries. “Funda was excellent, we had requested her to take care of Goofy pretty last minute and she took him without any hesitation. Very friendly with us and our Goofy, gentle and loving. Goofy was so at ease with her, even we were comfortable leaving him in her care. She was also very proactive in sending us pictures and video updates of goofy.”
