Communication was prompt and after an initial meeting, I knew Chewie would be safe and well taken care of. Digdem is sweet and professional. Throughout the boarding, Digdem sent me pictures of my furbaby and updated me regularly on how things were. She even dropped by my house to make sure my cat was doing OK and that his food&water bowls were full. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who wants to make sure their furbabies are safe, spoiled, and treated as of part of the family! She sent us photos and kept us updated on how he is doing. If he was not eating properly, she checked on what she could do to make him eat. Her dog also easily gets along with other dogs.”

She was careful to write down all medication instructions (4 different medications taken 2 or 3 times a day) She was also kind to me - I had never left my dog with a stranger let alone when she was sick. I am sooo grateful Milena helped me. She sent pictures and told me how everything was going. I have already asked her to be my go to when I must leave my dog for a few days. She is awesome … so loving and caring I felt soooo lucky to have happened upon a kind soul to care for my helpless sick dog while I had to be away.
