About: I grew up on a farm with not only dogs and cats but cows, chickens, horses, pigs, and even bunnies and snakes. You name it I’ve either owned it or tried to bring it in the house in my pockets. As for dogs and cats specifically, I’ve had three dogs and too many kitties to count. I’ve bottle fed both and have trained my personal dogs from puppyhood. I can give advice on trouble areas in that regard (but I am not a professional dog trainer by any means). Last year, my dog Memphis was diagnosed with kidney disease. I administered medicine and care for him until he had to leave this world. All that to say, I am able to help with sick/elderly dogs. I currently have two cats, Khaleesi and Seuss, and a German Shepherd Dog, Cash, all of whom I love dearly. I am available most weekends and I work 8 to 4 throughout the week. When I am at work, I have an enormous yard for the pups to play in. If you have an escape artist, I can work with you on a solution that keeps them safe with as much freedom as you're comfortable with. Your pets will be my pets while I’m with them! I live in a home with a cat and a dog. If your pet is able to reside comfortably alongside my animals I’d love to have them visit us! I can be as active or relaxed with them as you’d like me to be. I have a large fenced in yard, and I spend at least an hour before and after work with my dog either playing fetch or going for a walk. Trips to the dog park are special treats for us. If you’re comfortable with it and they are at least moderately behaved on a leash, I’ll bring them along. If I am coming to your home, I will treat it as my own and leave everything how I found it. The litter box will be cleaned and the water/food refilled as necessary. I’ve been known to water the plants on the way out the door as well.

“Selena and her sister Samantha were amazing caregivers for my sons dog. We were out of town, staying at a hotel. My dog was doing well there, apparently not meant for hotel life, who knew lol. So we got on Rover, Selena answered right away and allowed me to bring him by. I was bit a nervous to leave him, so after I left, I sent a message and got pictures right away. Throughout the evening into the night they were responsive. Next morning as well before pick up. 10/10 I recommend”

About: I’m a Great Dane mom, so I have lots of experience with large dogs. I’m also a senior dog mom and I know how to care for pets with higher levels of need. I love cats—and I also have lots of experience sitting for horses (lifelong horse owner and rider). I adore dogs of all sizes and I love making them feel safe and secure while their parents are busy. I’m currently in school for dog massage therapy, so I will soon be certified to offer that among my services. My schedule is currently somewhat flexible and I’m happy to help out and be there when you need someone you can count on for your pets. I have very high standards for my own dog sitters, so I maintain those same standards when caring for other people’s pets. I’m happy to go the extra mile to ensure your pets are safe, happy, and thriving when you can’t be around.

“Kenn and his family was amazing and very accomodating and supportive. I like to converse about my dog with boarders before boarding if we do not live in the same state/city. Kenn called immediately! Upon arrival I was able to learn some things about my dog that my family was not aware of(he was adopted). He allowed us to stay for awhile to see how he would interact and where he would be sleeping. Additionally, he accommodated my early arrival and early pick up. “Shelby was absolutely amazing! She watched my dog for 30 days and it helped me immensely. I was able to focus on work and I never had to worry for a second how my dog was doing. She sent countless video and photo updates that were a pleasure to receive each day. Additionally, she used her experience as a vet tech to notify me that my dog was having some minor issues. She took my dog to the vet and the process was absolutely flawless. I have already passed her name to other friends to book with her in the future. I would not hesitate to use her again if I am ever in the area. The best sitter I have ever used and I was a little nervous given the length of stay. I also was able to get off work for an afternoon and take my dog for a hike and Shelby was instantly available last minute to coordinate a pick up.”
