My pups are typically anxious and nervous while we are gone but not with Kim and Larry. They truly are dog people that gave them so much love while we were gone. It was so reassuring to know they were in good hands. They sent lots of pics. I have no doubt both pups will be thrilled to go back (because we will definitely be using them again and again)! I appreciated the level of communication, and flexibility he had when my transportation coming back to STL was messed up and had to pick up Liv late, he was so empathetic to my situation. Liv takes some time to warm up to people but it was obvious she was relaxed when I picked her up and had a good time with Michael and the other dogs staying in his home. “This was my first time using Rover. I left my dog Cashew with Rachelle and her family for 3 nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again! They took very good care of my boy. I could tell that Cashew had a blast through the updates Rachelle gave me throughout the weekend. I was a little worried because to use Rover and leave my dog with strangers I thought maybe they wouldn’t feed him correctly or give him his supplements but not in this case. Rachelle was also very understanding. I got sick on my return trip and let her know I would be late to pick him up and she gave me no problem. 10/10”
