During the stay she was always timely in her responses and provided periodic updates(accompanied with cute photos!) she was also very accommodating to my dogs more senior needs, which put me at ease while I was away. He had a behavior issue early on which she handled calmly and smoothly, with great professionalism. I usually leave my dog with family and was nervous to leave him with someone new for a few days. I so appreciate the great service Lena provided, leading up to and including his stay with her. She was a pleasure to work with and I'm pretty sure my pup had a good time.
