My 14 year old dog Bella has some health issues and dog reactivity and she made sure to address all her needs and make her safe and comfortable. I really think she went above and beyond for her. I've never felt so automatically at ease leaving my dog with a new sitter, but it's clear how well Rachel and her partner understand animals and know how to create a safe, happy environment for them. Rhy can be a pretty anxious dog in new spaces, but she settled in quickly and by the end of her stay it was clear she felt right at home. Rachel was also incredibly understanding when my flight back got cancelled and I had to extend Rhy's stay by a day. I really can't sing her praises enough and I'm sure Rhy will be very excited to see her again :)”
