Alex was very open and communicated well with us before and during the visit and cared a lot about addressing Lucky's personality and needs. He was also very calm when our dog got anxious about being left alone. We are very grateful that we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about our dog being stuck in a tiny cage all day.”

“Nicolle was great. She sent many photo updates of my dog and she sure takes great photos. My dog (11-year old Chiweenie) got along fantastically with Nicolle’s own small dogs. And on the day that I came to pick up my dog, my dog was in such a happy mood, wagging her tail, like she had a wonderful stay at her doggy “camp” at Nicole’s. Nicolle is a very kind young lady. She was flexible and very understanding of a last-minute extension of my dog’s stay due to a flight delay.”
