“Margit and Bill were amazing! We got to OC and the hotel we booked a year prior as we checked in said no pets allowed which put us in between a rock and a hard place. I contacted Bill and Margit exchanged a few text messages and determined Dude would fit in perfectly with their dogs and family. We asked if they would mind picking up Dude from our hotel and they said sure no problem! I could not have been more pleased with the texts, picture updates and just how sweet they both were with my Dude!
