“Lilian and her husband treated our slightly difficult, older dog just like one of their own. So much care and attention was given to him. He was exhausted when we got home from all of the social time and fun! And with multiple updates per day, I had no time to worry if he was doing well. “We have had some good pup sitters and some not-so-good pup sitters. Frank is one of the best we have had! Sosa and Mojo returned home calmer. Sosa is always very anxious during car rides and Mojo is very chilled. When we retrieved them from Frank, Sosa was more relaxed on the ride home and I didn't know Mojo could be any more chilled than he already was. We received photos and updates every day. We were very pleased with how at ease our pups were with Frank and his family. We could tell they enjoyed themselves. From their photos, we were starting to think they looked a little too comfortable and perhaps maybe they wouldn't want to come home ?. We definitely want to book with Frank again in the near future. We highly recommend him!”

We also mistakenly booked the wrong dates and needed a place for our dog to stay one extra night. Erwin was so understanding and let our dog stay that extra time.
