I had some issues regarding travel when it came to pick up times and she was more than accommodating and made sure Koko was well taken care of. “Jingchao and Yaxin are awesome! They took great care of our dog for several days when we traveled for a work trip, and they are kind and friendly. They’re seasoned dog people that know how to create a safe and comfortable space for them, and they were very attentive to the needs of our pup, diligently giving him the medicine for an ear issue. Their home was welcoming, and they have a nice fenced in back yard, too. Plus, they are super communicators! Regularly received pics and videos of the walks they went on and our pup enjoying his stay. And it was a breeze to coordinate the reservation, confirm details, and other logistics. Highly recommend them and would love for our pup to stay with them again.”

“Andre was very responsive. We did a video call before I dropped off my puppy for boarding, and he gave me a virtual tour of his place and made me feel very comfortable. Andre is very good with dogs. When I dropped off my puppy with him, he had his own dogs and another boarding dog out on a walk, and he had great control over all of them in a gentle but firm way. He sent photos and updates about my puppy while he was watching her. He even checked in with me to see how she was doing a few days after she came back home.”

“David & Santos are THE BEST! They have taken care of my sweet girl multiple times now and they are so wonderful with her! They are very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always send photos of her snuggling or playing with them. She gets taken on lots of walks and spoiled with love there! My dog typically has anxiety when I leave, but she does so great with them and I don't have to worry while I'm gone! She also has a condition that she takes a variety of meds for, and they are very diligent about making sure she gets them on time and caring for her. 11/10 would absolutely recommend!!”
