“Kelly and Maurice were fantastic from pre-booking to pickup! I had extreme anxiety leaving our pup Penny for the weekend l, but they made me feel so comfortable. They set up a zoom meeting to introduce themselves, share their love for dogs, and explain their boarding practices. This immediately alleviated my concerns. Drop off was easy and seamless. They shared photos, videos, and updates throughout Penny’s stay. Our pup was so happy in all the images and was very clearly well taken care of when we picked her up. We will definitely be using them again!”
