They sent frequent photos, videos and updates which made me feel so much better knowing she was happy and comfortable with them as it is her first time boarding in quite a while. Given her condition I felt extremely comfortable knowing she was taken care of and I would absolutely rebook with them!”

“Christie and Daniel took really good care of our dog Polo! It is his first time boarding and they did really well accommodating him, taking care of his need and provide plenty of hike/walks. I can see Polo is relaxed and happy around the family and baobao the pup (he is definitely sad coming home, Polo loves wrestling with Bao ?) Christie provided frequent photo/video updates and was quick responding to questions. I will definitely recommend the stay with the family; Polo cannot wait to visit again!”
