“Kim watched our two cats, Oliver and Ivy, for our long weekend away. It was my first time as a cat mom boarding my babies so I was nervous. Kim was incredibly warm and welcoming, was attentive to their food and sleep preferences, and took great care of our kitten who recently got spayed. Kim sent the cutest updates and pictures throughout the stay, and overall was an excellent communicator and caretaker! We will be booking again for our next trip in December, and I would book her again in a heartbeat if we end up needing a sitter again.”

“Our experience with Nancy was fabulous!! We were especially please because we recently had a bad experience with a previous Boarding facility where both our dogs came back very sick with Kennel cough, (and they are both fully vaccinated.) One of the main reasons we were drawn to Nancy is because of the fact that she has children. Our dogs LOVE kids but don't get the opportunity to see or play with them very often. She sent us pictures and videos regularly which truly made a difference with us seeing them so content in a new place. I am hoping that she will be available since we will be needing to use her services again in the very near future. If you are looking to leave your dog(s) and want to feel comfortable knowing that they are in good hands, I would highly recommend Nancy and her family!! : )”

Nicole was also understanding and empathetic with us about our nervousness because it was our first time leaving our dog with someone he did not know. Nicole was great.
