“This was Charlie’s first stay with Mercis. Charlie is very choosy with new boarders. He was very comfortable with Mercis from the first time he met her. We got frequent updates, pictures and videos during the whole stay. Charlie has a great time! We will definitely board Charlie again with her. Highly recommend Mercis for your boarding needs!!”

Alma is super energetic and Will didn’t disappoint, taking her to her favorite spots in Franklin Park and playing her favorite “go wild” game. Will was communicative throughout and sent lots of photos while we were away for 5 days. The meet and greet was really reassuring, too, especially since this was our first time leaving Alma. Highly recommended. Alma is already asking when she can visit Will and Luna again.”

She communicated with us right from the start and set up a meet and greet where she asked questions about our puppy's routine, needs, and preferences. We were nervous immediately felt very comfortable leaving our brand new puppy with her. “Melissa was so thoughtful and loving of my Romeo. She treated him like he was her own. He fenced in back porch is perfect for a small dog like Romeo who wants to explore safely or a big dog that just needs some fresh air. She took him on walks and sent me videos and pictures to let me know he was not only safe, but having fun. We called it a “sleepover” and my pup had so much fun he gave her a million kisses before he left. Her dog is a cuddly love bug who played gently with my 3.8 lb pup. Melted my heart to see them together. I felt at ease with my pup staying with Melissa and her pup and that made happy. Thank you Melissa! From Romeo and I! We’ll be back for sure!”
