He is an incredible dog dad, and takes such great care of his best furr friend. Ben is always very patient towards any animal. I have 3 dogs and he treats them as if they were his own. “Kelly, along with her own pooch Maggie, were excellent companions for our puppy's first stay away from home. Kelly was on top of everything, because she's very professional and caring. I really appreciated the photos she sent each day showing that our dog was having a good time. Kelly was always on top of the entire process. Because we were traveling to and from the airport, together we made the drop off and pick up as smooth and quick as possible. Kelly's location, about five minutes from the airport, was perfect too.”

“My wife and I are so glad to have found Mayra. This was our first time using Rover, so we did have get used to the idea of a stranger taking care of our fur baby. But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family. I will definitely use her services again!”

“I would recommend Amy to anyone who wants their dog well cared for while away. Amy was very attentive, sent pictures and reassured us that she was doing well while we were on a trip. Our dog had an eye abrasion that required eye cleaning and eye drop instillation every 4 hours. She went to stay with Amy with one eye shut and after a week we picked her up and Gracie had both eyes open. We would definitely want Amy to care for our dog again. We were very pleased especially knowing our dog was in a loving home.”
