I planned vacations in the past that would accommodate dogs, or my daughter would stay back and sit. This time my whole family went in vacation and needed a dog sitter. However, Charlene eased my anxiety by providing regular updates and pictures. She was very flexible with time when my daughter was having car trouble on picking up the dogs. I really appreciated that. I can tell that Charlene truly loves animals and she takes really good care of them while under her care. I will definitely use Charlene again! ?”
