“Douglania is very sweet and kind. It was my first time leaving my pet with her for about ten days but I could see that she was patient and really understood dogs. At our meet and greet, my dog was a little scared and unsure about the new place, and of the dogs that Douglania had. She could see that my dog needed some time and space to get used to new surroundings, new people and other dogs and assured me that I needn't worry. She updated me everyday on how my dog was doing with her food, walks, generally adjusting to things and sleeping. She also included many photos that would put my heart at ease while I was traveling. I know my dog was very well cared for and that she was very comfortable at Douglania's home. I could easily connect with her via the app chat and any questions I had would be answered quickly. She was also very good about accommodating any changes in the booking. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring sitter. I will definitely be using Douglania's pet sitting service in future.”

“This was my first time booking through Rover; although I've researched and made requests before now. I have to say that all of my uncertainties for my 10-month old puppy's care were laid to rest after the boarding stay. Debra and her sister Wendy were awesome! At drop off, they asked questions to ensure Piper's stay would be like home accommodated accordingly. Daily pictures and notes were sent, but most of all, Piper looked happy, and came home happy and not stressed! Dare I say they spoiled him more than I would (in a good way!). I think I've found my "regular" daycare and boarding service! I would definitely recommend.”
