She was so responsive to my initial message, setting up a time to chat and then an in-person meet and greet. She made sure she understood everything about our pups routine and schedule and that it would be a good fit with her cat Oliver. She made it possible for us to have a last minute family getaway and v watched our pup Finn for 2 nights / 3 days and took amazing care and communicated with us with pictures throughout.
