About: My name is Jill and I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 25 years. I have an older Chocolate Lab who gets along well with other dogs. I regularly sit, walk, and care for other dogs in the area. I am comfortable giving meds, feeding and playing with your dog during the day while you are at work, or taking them for a walk or hike. I will watch well behaved and house broken dogs in my home. If I am walking your dog, I like to incorporate an introductory period, where I get to know your dog, so I can see how well they listen to voice commands and can assess how well they play with others. I am based in Aspen but I live in Carbondale, so we would have to take into consideration that I have to travel with the pet for 30 minutes to get there and come back to Aspen. When it comes to caring for pets at my client’s houses 🏡 I just take on instructions and follow them carefully, if I need to take them for a walk and feed them i do so, if I need to stay with them and give them company I will do so gladly and I will never go off the script.

About: I usually pick up stray dogs when I travel and live with them until I find a home. Last trip I found a stray dog and the Airbnb I stayed at ended up adopting him. My old dog Rafiki was a bit of a trouble maker and extremely strong but was so lovely, I trained him and eventually I could take him on buses and trains. I would wake up at 4 am, play frisbee then we would walk to work where he had a dog bed, toys, food, water, etc. then we would play once an hour. At the moment easily, I work from home and make my own schedule. Also, it would be perfect for both of us with lots of walks and play. I treat them with compassion and love. In my house they are allowed on the furniture (unless owner does not want that), ball, toys, etc. In the owners home it’s all their rules as I don’t want to change any norm that is needed and respect their property. They main thing is a lot of play and obey what the owner wants/needs.

About: Hi, I'm Marieta. I have plenty of free time in the winter to care for your pet. I am 31 years old I have a five year old border collie lab mix named Cosmo who gets along great with other dogs. I grew up here in Aspen with a black lab part husky named Maggie and have always had a dog at my side during my life. I enjoy walking, hiking, and playing with animals, and will provide the best care for your pet. I am strong, loving, and deeply caring, and have only had very positive experiences looking after pets. I will keep an eye on your pet and treat them as if they were my own. I am self employed with a flower business that keeps me busy during the summer and mostly available during the winter months. I work part time in Snowmass and thus have ample amounts of time to spend with the animals. I am attentive to the animals needs, the instructions of the pet owners, and love to spend time playing with the dogs. I also love to go for long walks with them.

Darby is not just a dog sitter, but someone who seriously loves dogs. She showered my puppy with love and care. Banu and Sushi became the best of friends. Banu jumps in Darby's car with such enthusiasm that we sometimes think she would rather live with her. I highly recommend Darby, and will use her services regularly.”

About: I'm really good with the animals. I love it. I have a huge house in Argentina and I have 5 dogs there. I always had animals in my house, like dogs, parrots, ducks, cats. I'm agricultural engineer and i know about it. I'm very friendly and I like talk and play with the dogs or another animal. I'm working as ski instructor in buttermilk with kids. I'm full time worker but I'm free after 3.30 PM, so if you need help with yours animals just let me know. I'm a sociable guy and I like work.
