“We are so glad to have found Silvana. This was the first time that we left our dog with someone else and was really nervous doing so. However, Silvana put us to ease. She was so warm and loving at meet & great that we had no doubt that our puppy will be in good hands. Silvana replied to all our emails from overseas and also sent surprise emails with pictures. One of the pictures was our puppy sharing her bad with another puppy, which she has never done before. When we picked up our puppy after 3 weeks she looked very happy and well kept, and it took a while until she got used to being the only dog in the house. Thank you Silvana and your family! “Lana was wonderful with my baby. He is a 6 year old teacup poodle who has been by my side almost 24/7 since he was 12 weeks old. I didn't know how he would react to being apart from me for a whole week while I visited my son out of state. Right from the start, he took to Lana, and when they left my home, I could sense that he would be relaxed and do just fine. Lana texted me everyday and sent adorable pictures. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying. I can highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.”

They were really flexible with our drop off and pick up times. The only negative it that they book up fast, so I couldn't use them for our next trip. We hope have them watch Sydney again soon!”

“Great Experience!!! Susan responded quickly to our booking inquiry as well as to our requests for photos and FaceTime interactions with our pups while they were in her care. At our initial meet and greet, our 2-dogs seemed comfortable around her, her home and the other dogs she was watching which is why we chose Susan after interviewing a few other pet sitters. Our dogs were happy and comfortable with her during their stay and not anxious at all when we picked them up after 1-week. My pup Boulder got sick on me a couple days prior to my trip, and i had to place my pup on a special diet & medication. About: Hello there! Me and my fiancé love dogs. He was raised in New Jersey with his dog and I am a country-side girl. Although we haven’t worked professionally as a dog caregivers, we both raised our dogs and took care of family/friend’s dogs since we were kids and even now. Me (Rafaela) am a huge dog lover and I am always eager to learn more about them. I have always been passionate about animals and have been surrounded by them since my childhood on my family's farm. From 2019 to 2020, I was part of a volunteer organization in college where we rescued stray dogs, found them a veterinarian for care, and ultimately found them a loving family to adopt them. My life's calling is to take care of others, whether it be people or animals. However, dogs hold a special place in my heart. Just like me, my fiancé is passionate by dogs and love to go out to play with them. In addition he works for a organic pet food company. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us. My fiancé works remotely and I am a student of Education and our hours are fully flexible, which means either of us can take breaks to walk and play with ur fur babies. We both live in a full dog friendly building and just 5 min by walk to the Warner Center’s Park, also our neighbor is calm and peaceful.
