During Chanel and Melo’s stay (our pomchi and jackapoo), we never had to ask for any updates or worry about checking in because she always made sure to keep us in the loop. She sent periodic pictures of our happy dogs and was quick to answer any and all questions/concerns. We could tell she genuinely enjoyed spending time with our dogs and they definitely did, as well.
