“Taco had such a great time with Soyeon and her family! He usually gets really sad when I leave him for too long, but with Soyeon, it looked like he was having fun and they really made him part of the family! I was able to visit him a few times while he was boarding and he would always be so excited to go back with Soyeon. Will definitely book with Soyeon again every time I come back to CA.”

“Henry was happy at Jane's resident. He got along well with her, her dog and family. Her husband gave Henry special attention at night because Henry did not want to be in a separate room at night so he slept in same room as Henry. Jane has a yard that Henry enjoyed with her dog. Jane and her husband were sweet and we did a meet and greet before drop off. Jane was able to take care of Henry's special diet restrictions. I would use Jane again:)”

“Melissa is amazing! I can’t say enough about our experience. I would give her 6 stars if I could. We had a meet and greet and she was prepared with a file and paper to take notes on our pup and his needs. She is a registered vet technician and really understands dogs and their unique needs. For example, she will keep the small dogs and the large dogs apart and she’ll let each dog play separately together to get to know each other, and to contain them to what’s appropriate fun/stressful. She send lots of photos and communicated throughout and also reached out when she noticed our pups anxiety to ask for what was normal at home with us. She was accommodating at sleep time and tried multiple things to get our pup to calm down - (which he did!). She’s loving and cared for our pup like it was her own. We’ll be coming back for sure!!”

Their own dog was very friendly and they got along great! 😊 it was a very last minute thing with us needing a sitter and they were quick to reply and took her in while we went to an event! “Nicollette responded quickly to our request to board our 5 month old husky puppy, Hoagie, for 6 nights. She kept us up to date with all his adventures (walks, playing in the backyard with her two dogs Whiskey and Willow, and other family adventures outside). You could tell that he was safe, having fun, and that he was being tended by a steady hand. We were worried he wouldn’t want to leave!”

“Our first booking with Cassie and we couldn't be happier! We have a senior dog with a high-maintenance medical schedule and grooming needs. Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again!
