“Ivan was the best person to care for our temperamental, special needs dog, Otis. Otis is not comfortable with new people, but Ivan gave him his space, had patience with him and ultimately they became best buddies! My pup has Addisons disease and has an injured hind leg—Ivan took great care of him and made special accommodations for him so he would be comfortable and safe. It’s so obvious Ivan loves animals and has a kind heart for them. All these things allowed me and my partner the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation knowing Otis was in such great hands. We would not hesitate to have Ivan care for our fur baby again. Thank you, Ivan!”

“Kitty was a wonderful dog sitter for our 7 month old puppy Kiwi. This was our very first time to use Rover and had our puppy boarding for 5nights! We were nervous to leave him by himself but Kitty knew how to handle puppies. From the first meeting, our puppy Kiwi did not show any fear or anxiety (even didn’t cry or bark) when we left him on the boarding day. Kitty sent us photos and kept us posted on how he was doing through his stay. It was great to have her take care of our little one! Thank you so much Kitty!”

They added some toppings to her food as well when she wasn’t eating her food (likely because she was sad), and they were accommodating to a last-minute change to drop Coco off. I appreciated the daily photos and the daily exercise they gave her. Overall very happy to have found someone who I can trust Coco with, and I will definitely be booking again!”

About: I have had dogs since I can remember. Our extended family are all dog owners who take care of each others furry friends. I had a lot of experience with all kinds of pets and know the requirements and commitment required. I am a very active outdoor athlete and hiker. I work part time hours in healthcare and I make my own schedule so I have blocks of morning time free. I normally walk my dogs daily so it's easy to add another. I am constantly brushing and bathing my dogs. Most times before a walk, I brush my dogs out. During our walk I bring treats and practice basic obedience. We live across the street from a school so throwing a frisbee daily is part of our routine. Our home has a large backyard which is ideal for our cattle dogs who have high energy requirements. We constantly play and engage with them.

“Our little Charlie loved spending 3 days with Mitshella. She followed all of my directions perfectly and asked great questions. She walked and played with him and treated him with care. She sent tons of pictures and videos throughout his stay and we could tell he was having a blast. We'll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Andy was an excellent boarder for Tomo - we got lots of pics, videos, and updates, and knew Tomo was having a fun time and was safe and well-taken care of. “Diana cared for my two pups Angel and Winston for 4 days while I was away. She and her family were amazing! As soon as I met her I felt entirely comfortable leaving my pups in her care even though this was my first time leaving them. Diana is an ideal fit for them because she provides an environment close to what they're used to: in particular, no other pets and someone present most of the time. She paid close attention to particulars as we talked, such as meds for one of my pups, likes and dislikes, routines, etc. She was flexible when I was running late to drop them off and flexible with a slightly open-ended pickup time. I got a bunch of photos and updates while I was gone and just always felt at ease. Cutest of all, when I picked them up, her charming son chatted about their time together, describing my dogs' idiosyncracies back to me in detail! It's so obvious that they really enjoy hosting dogs and just give amazing care. 100% will book again.”

“Cindy took such good care of my dog! She sent photos every day, along with an update of how my doggie was doing. Cindy made sure to give my dog her eye drops twice a day, which isn’t always easy. Between Cindy’s yard and walks, my dog got plenty of outside time and, from the photos, I’m sure she got lots of snuggle time, too. I will definitely book Cindy again to take care of my dog!”
