“Hugh and Mary are amazing! Very attentive and they kept me updated throughout the day by sending me pictures of Simba, he had the best time! They were too generous to give out a custom made puppy oven mitts which I found in Simba’s bag when we got home! Would highly recommend for anybody in the big bear area, thank you Mary and Hugh!!”

About: My family calls me the critter whisperer. I’m known for adopting the sickest animals and loving them like God intended. I have nursed over 10 animals back to health and am one of the first volunteers called for fostering the sicker animals with special needs. I work remote and am Extremely flexible! Experienced with healthy and not so healthy animals! When I adopt a pet they win the lottery and when I care for your pet I treat them as my own. I have a yard with grass and completely fenced in. My animals will never go outside unattended. Room to run and play and plenty of toys to play with!

“Chris is a wonderful pet sitter. Right off the bat when we first met we got an excellent first impression. He is warm, friendly and amazing with our pooch. He is knowledgeable and extremely caring. Not only being caring and understanding with my dog, but understanding my own anxiety with being away for several nights. He took several photos while we were gone to show how well Sabre was being cared for. Sabre received treats (we approved) and lots of run and snuggle time. When we came home after our weekend away Sabre was relaxed and so happy!”

“We decided to go to Big Bear at the last minute for our anniversary and could take Piper so were scrambling to find a sitter in town. Rene responded to our inquiry within minutes and had us booked within an hour. She was super professional and very friendly and flexible with our timing and Piper's stay, and was totally forgiving that we were much later getting to town than expected! Such a relief. She messaged me with updates and pictures of Piper playing and I could tell she spent lots of quality time with him. He was so exhausted and happy when we picked him up...he slept the entire 2 hours home! Rene followed up with us with more pictures afterward and a friendly farewell. We will definitely be calling her again next time we're in town!”

“We’ve used Ariana twice now for watching our pups, and couldn’t be happier. With both our pups being elderly (12 & 15), they can definitely feel like a handful at times with their care regimen of meds, so it really made me nervous leaving them with anyone. With all of Ariana’s vet tech and animal experience it helped put me at ease, and I knew they were well taken care of in our absence. Our pups got along great with hers, and she gave daily updates, and photos. The biggest sign to me that the pups did great while there is that they weren’t traumatized once we got home. They weren’t fearful, clingy, or anxious. They just passed out from all the fun they had, and then fell back into their normal routine. I’m so thankful we found Ariana as a sitter, she’s the best!”

“Ismara is an animal lover all around, she’s been a fur mom as long as I’ve known her and that’s over a decade now, from adopting to rescuing she’s welcomed home all different kinds of pups and loves them all equally and cares for them all extremely. Whenever I need an overnight sitter or last minute house call she’s there for my chihuahuas or big boy husky no problem or questions asked. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than I would ismara. Your pets will be looked after like they were her own and they’d be in very communicative, considerate and caring hands.”
