Board your dog with a certified professional this Fall/Winter.
I am a certified professional Dog Trainer/Behaviorist with 27 years of experience training and rehabilitating dogs, and 17 years of dog boarding. I am a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, a graduate of the former San Francisco ASPCA Dog Training Academy(the Harvard of dog training schools), a professional member of the Pet Sitters International Association, and am dog CPR/emergency care certified. I have my professional certification in Dog training and degree in Animal Behavior with a specialty in science based teaching methods(the clicker among others), and working with very aggressive dogs. I have two dogs that are well socialized with dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes. Before any reservation is accepted, a meet and greet is mandatory.
Each dog that comes to the Dog Balancing Hotel gets a daily walk, interaction with other dogs, and structured activities to enrich their experience at the Dog Balancing Hotel. I offer dog training, access to an excellent dog groomer, vet, and your dog will be supervised 24/7. I will make sure the your dog(s) stay warm in the winter(we have heating), and cool in the summer (three wireless temperature controlled ceiling fans and a air conditioner) while you enjoy your vacation or weekend trip. We feature DogTV for your dogs entertainment during downtime, aroma, and sound therapy to keep the dogs calm and comfortable.
If you are having behavioral issues with your dog, I work with the owner to counter-condition those behaviors, and teach good behaviors to replace it. The Dog Balancing Training Center and Hotel is a extremely sociable place for dogs. I encourage the dogs to interact with each other to build and improve their social skills, and dog on dog communication skills. As a dog care professional, I will make sure your dog has a first rate visit, and return to you relaxed, well cared for, and with a personal evaluation of your dogs behavior. I follow the American Pet Sitters Association guidelines for dog boarding.
