About Diane

20 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Diane's Dog House Pet Care is a smoke free environment with a fenced in back yard.

I work out of my home which I share with my husband Gabe and our 5 dogs. Whether it's a short or long stay we would like to invite your pet to be part of our family. We offer piece of mind to you that your pets will be well cared for while you are away. Your dog will receive walks as requested and will have plenty of well supervised time to play in the yard.

We are prepared to meet any special dietary needs as well as administering any needed medications. Our desire is to give you peace of mind while you are away by sending regular updates and pictures/videos. You are welcome to call anytime and check in as often as you like.

Please be informed that holiday rates apply for major holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and other holidays. The holiday rate is $35 per overnight. Please request a custom quote for holiday stays.

Thank you for your consideration in hosting your pet while you are away!

Diane was amazing with Mar! She had such a good time and I think she is still tired from her visit! Diane really went above and beyond to take care of Mar when I had difficulties with my travel. I will definitely bring her back to Diane!
Thank you Diane for taking care of my baby ??! You are the best!
My experience boarding my dog with Diane was simply wonderful! She was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely send Phoebe to stay with her again, and would not hesitate to recommend her.
My dog Stella had a great time and was very well taken care of. I enjoyed all the updates and photos, and she was exhausted when we picked her up :) All of her dogs were very friendly and my dog had a great time there! Would definitely recommend.
I was 100% pleased with Diane watching my precious 75-80 lb puppy. Our goldendoodle is very timid and scares easily, so I was not sure how he would adapt to a group of dogs he did not know. Diane and her husband put me to ease right away. We had a meet and greet with one dog. Then when I took him for his stay, Diane carefully brought out each of her dogs to meet mine, one at a time, so that no one was overwhelmed. There was no problem whatsoever. They all seemed happy, including mine. Then they got to all be in her back yard together before I left so that I could see them interact. When we took our dog inside, Diane told me where she would have our dog in the house, I believe he may have found his own spot under her kitchen table (?) while she worked, since he likes to stay near people. Diane sent me more than enough photos throughout the day so that I was reassured he was fine. He had time inside and time outside. When I picked him up, he was well adjusted and seemed happy. This was the most important part for me, because I can tell when my dog is not happy. Then Diane sent him home with surprises, and loads of thanks, which was above and beyond what she needed to do. I will not hesitate to let Diane watch my dog again. He will be able to walk around and interact with other dogs, as well as be with someone who clearly loves animals, which makes me happy.

We were so happy with our dogs experience staying with Diane! She had so much fun and was well taken care of. We received a lot of pictures to keep us updated and she was very quick to reply to messages. Great experience!!
When I needed someone (at the last minute, naturally) to look over my dog Sunny while I went to work, Diane came through. Diane's home was a perfect setting with a large fenced in yard and a basement geared to the needs of her charges. Diane was vigilant, taking time to introduce Sunny to each of her own dogs as well as to another boarder, checking for any health concerns and special needs that she might have and making sure that all the dogs were safely within her yard and home. Diane would several photo updates particularly showing Sunny playing in the plastic pool. Sunny enjoyed the three days that she spent there and for me, there was nothing like the feeling that she was in good hands.

I heartily recommend Diane's boarding service particularly if your dog enjoys a fun loving pack to run around with.

Diane was a great sitter for our dog! She sent us pictures and kept us updated while we were away. We could tell our dog was loved and cared for while we were gone. He even came home with toys and treats!
My dog, Luna, had a wonderful time staying with Diane and her husband. They sent me picture everyday showing me all the fun she was having while I was away. She was very easy to communicate with and I recommend her to anyone who wants a safe and fun place for their fur baby! Thanks so much, Diane, we will be using you again for our next vacation.

Will definitely be going back! Pawsome!
I can't express how thankful I am to have Diane (and Gabe) take care of our Delta. Not only is she knowledgable about "a mans best friend", but she has the heart to make sure that Delta was taken care of on all accounts. From the moment I dropped off Delta for our 4 day trip I didn't second guess myself that I made the right decision. I was honestly jealous of Deltas stay and I can't imagine leaving Delta with any other dog loving individual. I'm sure there are many other dog lovers out there to care for yours, but if you want some one to ease your mind, enjoy your vacay, and go above and beyond the duties of sitting yours, Diane will surely fill all those! From Delta to Diane, "Ruff Ruff"!
