Hello East Village dog parents! I'm a huge dog lover, musician, marketer and would love the opportunity to watch your pup!
For the next few months I'll be taking software engineering classes online, working from home, and taking care of our ridgeback puppy Maeby who is very bored and desperately needs a playmate.
My wife and I live in a one bedroom apartment with decent amount of Manhattan room for our pups to play. If they get too rowdy I'll take them outside to get some exercise.
My usual routine with Maeby involves a few bathroom breaks, a nice long walk around Stuytown or East River Park, and a trip to the Thompkins Square dog park for about an hour during the day – a good amount of sleeping, some eating, and good games of tugs too.
Maeby has a lot of energy and likes big dogs that like to wrestle and play rough, so if that's your dog she'll be thrilled. If you're dog is chill that's cool too, Maeby can take a hint and will sleep. My wife and I just got back from vacation living on a lake and Maeby is having a hard time adjusting to apartment life after getting to free roam and swim daily.
She's lonely and needs a buddy so if you'd like to bring your cool dog over to stay with me during the day while I write code and diddle daddle on the internet, throw me a paw!
I'm generally home all day and there are plenty of comfy things to sleep on.
