I would love to host your pup in my home! I've grown up with dogs my entire life - black and yellow Labradors since I was born, but I also had a beautiful Bulldog roommate, and I regularly care for a sweet Shih tzu. I love dogs and, because I don't own one at the moment, I would love to care for yours! I live in a spacious apartment with my husband, Frank, who works from home, so your pet will get plenty of attention during work hours, as well. We live in the West Loop close to several dog parks, so we will take plenty of trips to make sure your dog is getting enough exercise and having a lot of fun. Will also send pics and updates throughout the weekend, so you can make sure they're having a great time.

Darcy was a great host! Maizey came home very happy and Darcy was flexible when my flight got cancelled and plans had to change last minute. I would definitely recommend her and use her again!
We’ve been looking for a great vacay host near where we live in the West Loop (we frequently drive to Logan Square, Lincoln Park, etc. for vacays) and I’m thrilled to say we’ve found it! Our 1 year old golden retriever, Butterscotch, can be a bit shy and scared around strangers. We reached out to set up a meet & greet and Darcy was extremely responsive and flexible! Butterscotch warmed quickly to Darcy and her fiancé Frank at the meet & greet. You can tell they’re both total dog people who signed up to be vacay hosts because they just love pups! Shortly after I scheduled a daycare day for Butterscotch. When we arrived she must have remembered her new friends because she pulled me to their building and up the stairs to their unit! She immediately recognized Frank and greeted him with kisses and excitement. Throughout the visit Frank sent lots of photos and videos; man, did she LOVE sitting on their sofa and watching the street from out the window! He also took her for numerous potty breaks and walks (more than we asked for, which is always nice for Butterscotch!). When we got home she fell fast asleep after a fun day at Darcy and Frank’s. We’ll be booking them again soon for Daycare or an overnight! Thanks again for taking such great care of our fluffy baby!!
