I live in a one bedroom apartment right in Pelham, NY. I have an 8 years old Chihuahua, and an 11 year Calico cat. Both of my animals are friendly to other animals. Providing other animals do not constantly bug them, they will all get along just fine. I do have a large cage in my living room, and a gate to block of certain rooms from each other. There is a park right across from my apartment, which is where your dog would enjoy their walks and outdoor playtime.
