My name is Drea, and I have a deep love for all animals, especially our little four-legged pups. With two dogs of my own, I have daily experience and routine to give your dog the care it needs while you are away. We take multiple play time breaks outside to play fetch, sniff the grass or just relax in the sunshine. Hey, we even play in the snow! While inside, pups will have free range of my home (as long as they can mind their manners when asked). Our mid-level is laminate for those puppies learning to potty train. Our pups are able to sleep in our room with us, if that is something your pup is used to, we are not opposed - as long as they know how to wake us for potty breaks! My husband is the animal control office for the city of St. Cloud,, so we are very particular with the safety and needs of our pets, and will absolutely extend that care and expertise to your dog(s).
Our dogs, Jax and Remi, are quite playful. Jax takes some warming up too, being part yorkie, he can get a bit mouthy. However, once he is allowed to sniff and say hello he will warm up quite nicely. Remi just likes friends! He is a giant baby, and loves to snuggle.
We do ask that you disclose any behavioral issues your pet may have. We have dealt with anxiety and separation issues, aggressive food/toy behavior, and senior issues (bad hips, etc). We have rescued two dogs, and know the concerns that come about with each different situation. As I mentioned, my husband deals with dogs of all sorts each and every day. We are dog people, and can assure you that your dearest family member(s) will be in good hands.
*Meet and greets are a must! In the event that our dogs may not adjust or vice/versa we would never want to put your pet in a situation that could potentially be of danger to our dogs or yours.
