About Pam

Loving care for your dog and peace of mind for "pet parents"

Our guests are welcomed by "Daisy" our black lab.....She plays with guests to assure they get exercise and are not lonely.

We make our own "homemade" goodies.
and each guest take home a "goodie bag" of oatmeal/peanut butter cookies....a favorite.

Our guests eat & sleep in our home and are treated as a family member.

We prefer small to medium dogs, but can do a meet & greet to see if we can handle a larger dog. We want your dog to have the best care and if we can't do it, we'll let you know up front so that you can find someone who can.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our baby! Our dog thinks he's a human, so he doesn't do well at doggy day care places where there are tons of dogs and workers who don't interact with him. Here at Mrs. Pam's he was loved on the entire time we were gone as if he was their own. I loved getting picture as well, which reassured me that I made the right choice in a dog sitter!

Very happy with the care that Pam and her husband gave my little dog. She needed a caring home environment and lots of cuddles, and that is exactly what she got! Will be booking again with Pam.
I have a rescue Lhasa Apso who is very shy. I've had her three years and always took her with me on vacations in the U.S. I started bringing her to Pam twice a month for two months prior to my leaving for Ireland. She seemed to not be fearful at Pam's and made herself right at home, sneaking off to sleep in her bedroom! She did well during the time I was gone and Pam sent me text and photo updates that helped with my anxiety about leaving her. I would definitely leave her with Pam again.

This was Bailey's third visit with Pam. We are grateful that Pam has the space and compassion for larger, older dogs. It is such a comfort to leave our 12 year old lab in a family home, rather than boarded in a kennel. Bailey is comfortable and likes the people and canine company while we are away. Thank you, Pam, for the care and photos!! See you next time!

Made last minute booking and everything went great, even got videos while we were gone! Thank you so much
Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She was welcoming and excited to have my dog there. My pup was relaxed and happy when I picked her up - a marked change from how wired and frantic she is when I pick her up from a normal boarder!
She gave me a tour of the place when I got there, and sent me home with homemade treats for the pup!
I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would definitely send my pup there again.

Our 3 girls had a great time and were well cared for. I am so glad we used Mrs. Pam and we will again. Our girls are like family to us and looked like they were treated that way there.
Pam was great! Our dog, Scout, does NOT like going to the vet for boarding. When he does, he loses weight because he is unhappy. He also literally barks himself hoarse because he wants out of the cages. In Pam's house, he roamed free just like in our home and had doggy friends to play with and sniff. Pam sent us daily pictures of him so we knew he was happy and not stressed. That made our vacation even better as we weren't worried about him.

Pam is very nice and obviously loves dogs! She has a wonderful house with HUGE yard. Both my babies were well cared for. I will definitely reserve with Pam again.
My 9 month old labrador puppy Kaya stayed with Pam for 2 weeks while I was out of town. Pam provided wonderful care for Kaya, sending me regular photo and video updates. She followed all the instructions I left while keeping my curious girl out of trouble.

Pam has a great spread out in Bush - lots of land, a large shaded porch, a little doggie pool and fences. She is also very accommodating to drop-off and pick-up schedules.

I enthusiastically recommend Pam if you're looking for a someone to take great care of your dog. I will definitely be bringing Kaya back to stay with her again.

Pam P. is a godsend!

We were truly blessed to have Pam care for our 11 year old toy poodle, Angel, while on vacation (May 24th - June 1st, 2015).
Angel was recently diagnosed with Diabetes, which requires a morning insulin injection and an afternoon injection. She is one of the family and I did not want to board her in a kennel.
A couple of months ago, I discovered the DogVacay site and found Pam. She immediately responded and arranged a meet and greet. I knew from the moment I met her that I would be able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind that Angel would be in the best care possible. Pam even sent us a photo of Angel via text message.
I highly recommend Pam and have already referred her to all of my family and friends.

this was our first time using dog vacay and we were just so pleased with the experience as a whole. Mrs. Pam and her family were so welcoming to our dogs, so much in fact that Austin didn't want to leave when we came to pick them up. They have a nice big yard for the dogs to run and ample sleeping arrangements indoors. This is what dog boarding should look like and again we are truly happy with the experience. Definitely recommend Mrs. Pam and will use her again in the future.

Ms. Pam took our dog Mikey in on short notice and treated him like one of her own. We will definitely use her again.
Rennie loved it!
I am a repeat border with Pam. It is evident that my dog is extremely happy staying with Pam based on his reaction when I drop him off. He is pulling at the leash as we walk toward the door and acts very excited like a kid on Christmas morning.
Pam P was exactly what I was looking for as a caretaker for my dog. Pam is very dog savvy and gave my dog the home environment that I was seeking. It was evident that my dog had a good time during his stay and would be happy to return. He loved Pam's home baked treats also.
