About Corbin

5 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hello! My name is Corbin Darnell. I am a college student at UCO. I have had animals almost my whole life so I have extensive experience with different kinds of animals. I also worked as an activity director for dogs and cats at a daycare center. I was there for two years. I take mostly online classes so I am home all most all day everyday. On Monday and Wednesday I have classes that keep me out of the house for about 3-4 hours. Every once and a while my job gets me out of the house as well. Other than that, 8' usually at home. I would love some animals to keep me company! I am a huge dog and cat person but recently lost my pets. I'd love to take care of your animals for as long as you need! I have access to a few grassy areas around my apartment where I can take your animal for a walk. I do not have leashes, collars, or food. If needed I can meet with you and your animal before hand!

Corbin has enjoyed and loved animals his entire life. He has always had dogs, cats and other pets in his home with the responsibility to walk and care for them.
Corbin served as an activity directer for dogs two summers and his employer was pleased with his dedication and responsibility.
Corbin has also been asked by friends and family to watch their pets while owners are on vacation.
Corbin is highly responsible in other aspects of his life as well. He has an amazing work ethic and is conscientious to do a job right. He maintains a high GPA with making the Deans Honor roll each semester as a student at UCO.
He is a great asset to any company.

Let me first point out that I am Corbin's Dad, and as Father's normally would do would provide an exceptional reference - whether his Son... deserved it or not. Here is my very simple response, very honest and as neutral as I can possibly make.

Corbin is a big heart who takes special consideration in value when it comes to service-oriented employment. He is an animal lover, and a responsible seasoned employee who would never allow carelessness or reckless judgement to put any pet, or property of others in jeoordy. He pays special consideration to furry family babies, makes time and is genuinely interested in 1 on 1 relationships with his own and others pets. He is a bonified, dyed in the wool cat lover and is quick to make a 4 legged friend anytime.

As a high school student, Corbin once worked a summer job at a pet kennel in East Edmond and his employer/mentors and friends loved him and hated to see Corbin go. But not as much as some of the furry friends he had grown to love there. Corbin has a keen way with dogs, aand was called a "dog whisperer" more than once during his employment there. Corny to say it but just something you should really know about.

He has an excellent disposition with pets.

Corbin is our (as well as all his friends) "go-to pet sitter" when we are traveling abroad. We have 3 mini dachshunds who love him. He creates relationships, has a great professional demeanor and he can be immediately liked by a pet owner and trusted through the process of aquaintence. I more than anyone have observed his good attitude and how dependable he is.

Corbin is a valuable asset to any employer, he is very prompt courteous and dependable and would make an awesome sitter and a representative for DogVacay.
