I have been caring for pets as the lead caretaker (not counting growing up with dogs) for more than 20 years. Simply put, my dogs aren't like my family – they are my family, and I will treat yours like one of my babies. I am a writer who works out of my home office, so that means that I'll always be with your baby 24/7 unless I go on an errand or out with a friend somewhere. The max time they would ever be left alone would be two hours and not very often at all. I live in a guesthouse in West LA with a fenced-in medium sized yard. I have a Bichon Frise named Belle and a kitty named Gigi, who both love other dogs and are chilled. Your dog must like or at least tolerate kitties, so everyone can play nicely! So it's important that your dogs loves to hang out and play with other dogs and kireiss too! Just like Belle, your dog would be allowed on my furniture and have the run of my place. We usually go on two walks a day, averaging about 2-4 miles, so there's plenty of time for exercise and lots of cuddles. i don't mind taking care of puppies (I'm very patient) and have a special place in my heart for senior doggies. My cocker lab mix, Sammy, "Pup," lived to be 17, so know that I'm very experienced with administrating medications and any vitamins that they take. Sammy and I overcame liver cancer together!
