Natalia and the FurEver Friends team could not be more caring or qualified to take care of my pet! We used to have Natalia walk our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Oliver, every day when he was a puppy. I had such peace of mind knowing she would be there to take care of Oliver, often for longer than I was paying her for. Natalia loves Oliver as much as we do, and it's heartwarming to see him light up when she enters the room. Now that we don't use her every day, I look forward to vacations because I know Natalia will be taking care of our "baby." Highly, highly recommend!

I do not trust ANYone else with the care of my sweet Goldendoodle. Natalia has been amazing since day 1. She truly loves the dogs and welcomes them in like members of her family (and her family is amazing too). Natalia is attentive, trustworthy, loving, and patient with the animals. I always know what my little pup is up to because Natalia sends me photo updates throughout the day. My dog attends daycare 5 days a week and Natalia watches her when I am out of town on the weekends. Piper has felt at home since the first day they met. I cannot recommend Natalia enough- I am beyond thankful to have her and her sweet family in my life.

We were very dissatisfied.
Natalia herself seemed to be good with dogs and had an organized white board in the basement outlining the dogs feeding schedule. However, the dogs (i think there were 10) appeared to be kept cooped up in a basement room with a linoleum floor. We observed dogs kept in crates barking. The play space in the back yard was very muddy with a large fallen tree.
Natalia gave our leash away to another dog owner and we are still waiting for reimbursement 3 weeks later.
Buddy had another great stay with Natalia and her family-they now have a great yard for the pups to play in and Buddy came back completely exhausted, but obviously well cared for. Natalia was also really flexible to allow Buddy to stay for an extra night when our flight was delayed and would get in too late for a pick-up.

Buddy has been going to Natalia's for about 8 months now, anytime we need to go out of town, and I couldn't recommend her more!
This was a very disappointing experience, for a variety of reasons. The DogVacay idea is that your dog will be taken into a host's home and treated as their own. That was not the case with Natalia.

Natalia's basement has been turned into an all-purpose boarding room, with a half-dozen dogs kept there at once. We were not able to go into the basement to actually see where our dog would be kept. And while Natalia's description says that dogs will never be left unattended, when we arrived to drop off our dog Natalia was not home and the dogs were going wild in the basement.

Later, while we were on our trip, Natalia texted that another dog had destroyed our dog bed. Considering that the dog bed is kept inside of our dog's crate, this would seem to only be possible if many dogs were left unattended in the basement to run free.

Natalia promised to purchase us a new dog bed, but as of this writing has not responded to text messages or phone calls since we picked up our dog.

Most of our DogVacay hosts have sent us photos of our dog -- on walks, cuddling with the host, etc. Natalia's photos were typically taken looking straight down at our dog's back as she stood on a linoleum floor. This alone wouldn't be a big deal, but it contributed to the feeling that our dog was kept pent up in a basement with a half dozen other dogs.

Finally, we did not get back some of our smaller belongings from Natalia.
