In my house, animals are very much people. When I go home, my parents will not allow me to sit on the L-shaped section of our couch because it's our goofy Doberman's spot and Theo lives in the house. Our beautiful Pittopotamus, Emma, is very not-secretly the actual love of my father's life - she has a special seat at the dinner table where she sits regally supervising supper, likely hoping that everyone will pass out so she can eat their food. I was born into a family consisting of my parents, my older siblings, a Rotweiler/Giant Schnauzer named Elky, two Border Collies called Louie and Wailin, three troublemaking ferrets dubbed Scooter, Pip, and Spaz, a pair of cockatiels who went by Sally and Conrad, Frank the Cranky Iguana, and an African Sulcata Tortoise aptly labeled Squirt. Amazingly, that's not the most animals we had in the house at one time. In my 24-years, I've had the privilege to have various dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, guinea pigs, horses, and a hedgehog I named Sterling Mallory Archer in my life. While my family has changed very much over the years, my passion for animals has not. Now, I would like to bring my years of experience in animal care to your family.
