I selfishly want to give Cheyenne a mediocre review because I hope she will be available for my next vacay but can't b/c she was absolutely amazing with Arlee and other needy dog owners would be lucky to have her care for their pup too! This was the first time I used a service like this and was a bit nervous leaving a member of my family with someone I didn't know. We had a last minute crisis to find a suitable caretaker and she was very responsive and accommodating to meet with Arlee and me 1 day before the vacay. He was a rescue in a "special" program at the shelter because of anxiety issues but Cheyenne soothed him and made him feel comfortable during that first visit. She was candidly honest about how she would care for Arlee and eagerly listened to my concerns and instructions about Arlee's temperament and daily routine. Cheyenne kept us updated with texts and pics several times a day. We were sad and nervous that first day away but we quickly knew that Arlee was in great hands. I'm pretty sure I was that annoying parent checking in on Arlee way too many times but she would respond within minutes, easing our nerves. Our vacay with Cheyenne was ideal, because Arlee has "bolted" when he was stressed in the past. She is on an upper level in an apartment downtown with closed doors to the stairs, so if he did, he wouldn't get far. She was with him 24 hrs/day & took him out 5+ times a day, he was sad to leave. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Cheyenne was very easy to talk to and very flexible with pick up and drop off time! She also responded promptly and made me feel assured that my dog was in good hands!
